films21 was established in 2008 in an effort to improve highlight film production and the film exchange process in high school football. The Company has been successfully operating ever since, providing its customers with the highest level of customer service. In addition, films21's highlight film production services helped several talented young men get noticed by collegiate football programs.
Also, in 2008 and 2009, films21 was recognized by the USC Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.

Manny Felix - Founder & CEO
Manny has over ten years of experience in the high school, collegiate and professional football ranks, working with such programs as the USC Trojans and Los Angeles Avengers. In addition to his work experience, Manny has played Defensive Back for two semi-professional teams in the California Football Association (CFA), the California Dolphins and California Bandits, respectively. His passion for football drove him to start films21 to improve high school football video operations.
Manny brings his experience from the Corporate sector to run films21 as he has worked in senior Marketing and Finance roles. He graduated with Honors from the USC Marshall School of Business MBA Program in May 2009.
Jose Ochoa - President
Jose brings over 11 years experience in the engineering industry with roles such as Program Manager, Project Engineer, Systems Engineer and Test Engineer. As a Program Manager he was the prime customer contact and was ultimately responsible for execution along each component of the value chain – from initial contact and sale, to engineering design and development, to final product delivery.
In his technical role as a Systems Engineer he served as the technical lead on various cross-functional teams. He has accumulated vast technical experience in several engineering fields including software requirements and design, and electrical and mechanical engineering. While he will not be developing the website, he will serve as the main technical interface between the web developer and films21.
Jose has also been involved in the football industry in several different roles. Aside from being a huge fan of college, professional, and high school football, he has also volunteered as a football coach for several youth leagues in the San Fernando Valley.
In addition, he also received his MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business in May 2009.
